What reviewers liked

bright enough to light a whole campsiteOn the low setting it more than covers a camp site.
amber mode keeps the bugs offAmber light works great at night without the bugs!!
magnetic, hangs, or stands on the tripodVery versatile too (hanging hook/different tripod heights/magnetic feature)

What came up as a problem

dims itself back to the lowest settingif set at Level 2 or 3 brightness, it slowly dims to Level 1 brightness over several minutes
goes flat in storagedoesn't hold it's charge when unused due to the 4 blue indicator lights, which stay on the entire period
tripod base feels flimsyBase of stand broke- flimsy
